Why it matters
One manifest lists every resource an agent can use on the site, MCP servers, APIs, skills and agents, so registries and agents can index the site in one request.
How to fix it
Serve /.well-known/ai-catalog.json as application/json with "specVersion", a "host" object and an "entries" array. Give each entry a urn:air:<your-domain>:<namespace>:<name> identifier, a displayName, a media type in "type" and exactly one of "url" or "data".
