Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude the questions your customers ask. See whether they name your brand, cite your site and put you ahead of your competitors, then fix what holds you back.
The visibility score of every run of this project.
Start with one brand
A project holds your brand, up to five competitors and the prompts to ask. Each run asks every prompt of every engine you choose and keeps the result, so the next run shows the trend.
How it works
Four steps, a few minutes, and a result you can repeat every month.
1
Describe your brand
Your name, your domain, up to five competitors and what you sell. Aliases catch the other ways people write your name.
2
Pick the prompts
Up to 25 questions your customers ask, or ten suggested from your market. Most should not name you: that is where people discover options.
3
Ask four engines
Each prompt goes to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude through their official APIs with web search on. You watch every answer arrive.
4
Fix and measure again
Fixes link to the audit checks that verify them. Run the same prompts next month and the trend shows what moved.
Sample report
Brightdesk, a fictional help desk brand

Publish answers to the prompts your competitors win
High impact
3 prompts named a competitor and not you, for example "Which help desk has the best free plan?". A page that answers that question directly, with a clear title, a short summary and FAQ structured data, gives the engines something to cite.
Your site was cited in 38% of the answers. An engine cites pages it can fetch. Check that robots.txt allows the search crawlers (OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot, Googlebot) and that your CDN or firewall does not serve them a block page.
The engines name you more often than they cite you. Pages that answer one question near the top, render their text without JavaScript and offer a clean Markdown or llms.txt index are easier to quote and link.
The answers lean on reviewgrid.example, saasradar.example, teamtools.example, community.example. Reviews, comparisons and directory listings on those sites shape what the engines say. Make sure your product is listed there and described accurately.

Each answer is what one engine said once, through its official API with web search on, without your location, history or account. Answers vary from run to run and the consumer apps can answer differently. Read the score as a sample to track over time, not a ranking. The tone is a word-list heuristic.
What you get from every run
Beyond a yes or no: the position, the sources and the prompts to win back.
A score you can track
Named, position among the brands named, and cited as a source, combined into one number per run, per engine and per prompt.
Share of voice against competitors
How often each competitor is named and cited next to you, and which of them the engines put first.
The prompts you lose
Every prompt where a competitor is named and you are not, with the sources that answer relied on and a content brief one click away.
The sources behind the answers
The sites the engines cite most for your market, so you know where coverage would change the answer.
Run it on your brand
Sign in with Google or an email link. The free plan includes 8 checks a month, two prompts across all four engines. Pro includes 200.
For each prompt and engine: whether the answer names your brand, in which position among the brands it names, whether it cites your site and at which rank, which competitors it names, and the tone of the sentences that name you. The visibility score combines the first three; the tone is a word-list heuristic and is labelled as one.
Which AI engines do you ask?
ChatGPT through the OpenAI Responses API with web search, Perplexity through its Sonar API, Gemini with Grounding with Google Search, and Claude with its web search tool. Each runs with search on, so the answers reflect what the engines find on the web today.
Will I get the same answer as in the ChatGPT app?
Not always. The apps add your location, your history and their own settings, and every engine varies its answer from one request to the next. The report asks each engine without any of that, which makes runs comparable over time. Treat a run as a sample, and the trend across runs as the signal.
How many prompts can I check?
A check is one prompt asked of one engine. The free plan includes 8 checks a month, enough to ask two prompts of all four engines. Pro includes 200 checks a month and Agency 800. A check whose engine fails is not counted.
How is this different from an SEO audit?
An audit tests whether AI crawlers can read your site. This report tests what the engines then say. Use both: the fixes in the report link to the audit checks, such as AI crawler access, bot fetch parity, llms.txt and Organization structured data.
Do you store the answers?
Yes, in your account, so you can compare runs. Delete a project and its runs and answers are deleted with it.
