Why it matters
A skill is a set of instructions an agent loads to do a task with your product the right way. The index lets an agent find and load them without a human pasting them in.
How to fix it
Publish /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json with a "$schema" and a "skills" array; give each skill a name, a description and the url of its SKILL.md.
